Scope & Application
This Code applies to CIMA employees, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and any third-party acting on behalf of CIMA in Viet Nam or abroad. We expect our partners and suppliers to share and abide by these principles and integrate them into their own practices

All reports are treated confidentially and may be made anonymously. Retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith is strictly prohibited.
Implementation & Monitoring
CIMA monitors adherence to this Code through internal audits, management reviews and external assurance. All employees receive training on this Code annually. Our partners and suppliers may participate in assessment to ensure alignment. Non-compliance my result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contract.
Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with this Code may have serious consequences for both individuals and the company – including disciplinary measures, termination of contract and where applicable, legal action. For suppliers or partners, breach may lead to termination of business relationship.
Review & Update
This Code is reviewed annually by the CIMA Board/Compliance Committee and updated as needed.
